Yoga Nidra, sometimes called "The Sleep of the Gods," is a yummy way to unwind physically, mentally, and emotionally.  So much more than just a guided meditation, it opens you to the possibility of uprooting and releasing deeply held patterns of fear and its many faces.

I've recorded this short practice in the name of Self-Love and coming back to center.

All you need is a quiet spot to lay down and listen.
