Is there someone or something you are wanting to let go of? Is there someone you need to forgive? A story you need to release and move past? Maybe you need to forgive yourself. Forgiveness is the ultimate tool to healing- most of us are hanging onto old resentments or guilt that we've carried for so long, we're not even fully conscious of the weight!
Use this guided meditation as a tool for finally letting go, in the name of your own healing and light. Sometimes deep resentments take some time to fully release, so feel free to come back to this as often as you need. You will feel lighter. You deserve it.
