[VIDEO] Observing the Impulse to Fix
It's been a rough few days, emotionally.
And I wish I could say "why" that is... world events? Hormones? Lack of sleep? All of the above?
I'm finding myself simply not feeling like the "myself" I know.
I'm finding myself wondering where I went and who I am now. And, of course, what lessons are inherent here.
So, what do we do when we're feeling bad? And I mean, bad about anything-- a break up, a failed grade, a fight, a betrayal, a screw up? We reach for comfort. We reach for distraction. We push ourselves onward and upward, right?
We're missing something that needs to come first. Hear me out.
